Leith Local Place Plan

Over the second half of 2025 and the first half of 2026 Eala developed a Local Place Plan for Leith on behalf of the three Community Councils. This extensive exercise included thirty events, over two thousand conversations, two surveys, and analysing over seven hundred responses.

The final document was submitted and registered in time for the City Council’s June deadline and will now be considered as part of the development of City Plan 2040.
