Audits and Planning (RIBA Stages 7, 0, 1 and 2)

Policy Frameworks

Design and Oversight (RIBA Stages 3, 4, 5 and 6)
We work from concept to detail, submitting Planning Applications, Building Warrants, and creating construction documents all with social, environmental & financial sustainability baked in.
We can provide the lead consultant role to ensure complex processes are delivered in a coordinated, planned, and professional way. This extends from initial survey, through design, procurement to site, and hand-over.
Conservation
We offer conservation support for all buildings, identifying significance, helping set strategy, securing funding, gaining consents, and delivering care for buildings.
