We have been fortunate to be trusted by many groups of tenement owners, and as such have been able to contribute to the Scot Gov Tenement Maintenance Working Group. This has helped us establish a set of guidelines for any tenement owners that would like to work with us. We have also summarised the context in which Tenements are currently in the industry.
