If you have problems with your building, we’re here to help

As a social enterprise we’re here to help people with their building problems. As consultants we can’t patch a roof, but we can help with strategic, compliance, or technical problems. This might be a lease issue, surprise repair costs, insurance claims, or action by a statutory body that just doesn’t seem right or fair. The income from our paid work funds us to assist for free, or for a low cost, to those groups and individuals who might not have the funds to pay. Each case is assessed on its own merits, but we’ll always help where we can.

Our work also includes research and development in areas that aren’t currently funded to move on issues with social impact that don’t yet have a solution.

We specialise in finding solutions to complex problems through knowledge and creativity. Some of our paid work starts off as pro-bono, as we can get groups to a place where they have funds to fix their problems.

Some examples of our work are below. Many are anonymous due to the nature of them, and some have been featured in the media. If you need references before working with us in this way, we can provide them.
