The circular economy is a way of arranging our economy to reduce the harm caused to the environment and society. We know how the existing built environment works, and we know the importance of repairs, maintenance and building governance, all of which are the building blocks of a circular economy in property and construction. The circular economy is an excellent way to embed regenerative practice into property management, refurbishment projects, masterplanning, or policy development.

We have used our knowledge of the circular economy to support clients with circularity assessment masterplans for social resilience, circular economy routes to net zero, and pre-demolition/pre-refurbishment audits.
